This Subscription Policy applies to subscription purchases made through www.fouzee.com, which is owned and operated by Shoppers-Plaza LLC ("FOUZEE," "we," "our," or "us").

By enrolling in a subscription, you agree to this Subscription Policy in addition to our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund & Return Policy.

Subscription Program

Our subscription program allows customers to receive eligible FOUZEE products automatically on a recurring schedule.

Available delivery frequencies may include:

• Every 30 days

• Every 60 days

• Every 90 days

Available options may vary by product.

Automatic Renewal

Your subscription will automatically renew according to the delivery frequency you selected unless you cancel it before your next billing date.

By subscribing, you authorize FOUZEE to charge your selected payment method for each recurring order until your subscription is canceled.

Billing

Your payment method will be charged automatically before each scheduled shipment.

If payment cannot be processed, we may attempt to process payment again or suspend your subscription until payment is successfully completed.

Subscription Changes

You may, at any time:

• Skip a shipment

• Change your delivery frequency

• Update your shipping address

• Update your payment method

• Modify product quantities

• Cancel your subscription

Changes must be made before your next billing date to take effect for the upcoming shipment.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your customer account or by contacting us at info@fouzee.com.

Cancellation requests submitted after your recurring order has been processed will apply to future shipments only.

Pricing

Subscription pricing and discounts are subject to change at any time.

If pricing changes, we will apply the updated pricing to future subscription orders. Any required notices will be provided as required by applicable law.

Returns and Refunds
